Description
The 7MBR50SB120-50 is a highly integrated Power Integrated Module (PIM) designed to provide a compact and complete power stage solution for compact motor drives and industrial inverters. It integrates multiple key functions into a single isolated package: a three-phase rectifier bridge, a three-phase IGBT inverter bridge, and a brake chopper (IGBT with freewheeling diode). Rated for 1200V and 50A, it offers a significant reduction in system size and complexity. The module features low-loss IGBTs and diodes for high efficiency, high electrical isolation for safety, and includes a built-in NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring. This all-in-one design simplifies thermal management, reduces component count, and accelerates time-to-market for power-dense applications.
